Sundays 11:30am-12:45pm The Best Beach Yoga Class Ever!
Leadbetter Beach, Santa Barbara
The weekly beach class is for any and all yoga practitioners, at any and all ages and abilities. Many people bring their children and dogs. We gather wherever there is space enough for about 30 of us and each week is really fun. A portion of your $5.00 voluntary donation will help to support the Santa Barbara Prison Yoga Project, with which I am heavily vested. This class has been averaging 25 people, in size.

Sunday night yoga at the Uptown club has become one of my largest classes of the week, which amazes me. While most people are at home winding down the weekend and getting ready for the upcoming week, we’re blasting fun music, sweating up a storm and cranking out a SOLID power yoga practice. I average 40 people in attendance on Sunday nights and everyone hits it hard. Great group and one of my favorite classes. Gold’s Gym members and guests only.
